What are faux flowers?
Faux flowers are beautifully crafted artificial blooms designed to look fresh every day - without water, wilting, or stress. Ours are made from a mix of high-quality silks and synthetic fibres, chosen for their softness, shape, and true-to-life movement.
They’re the kind of faux that makes people go, “Wait… are these real?”
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to get in touch before purchasing and we’ll do our best to help.
Do your bouquets look realistic?
We think so - and so do most people who see them in person!
All our bouquets are built using premium materials and thoughtful shaping, so they have the colour variation, petal texture and dimension of fresh florals… minus the short lifespan.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long do they last?
Years. Truly. With gentle care, Tussie bouquets stay vibrant and full season after season.
They’re perfect for people who love flowers but want something that lasts longer than a week on the counter.
How do I care for my Tussie flowers?
They’re delightfully low-maintenance - that’s kind of the point.
To keep them looking cute:
- Dust gently with a brush or soft cloth
- Or use a hairdryer on a cool, low setting
- Avoid long periods of direct sunlight (just like real flowers, fading can happen)

Do you offer custom bouquets or wedding pieces?
We do, in limited numbers.
If you’re dreaming up something specific -colours you love, a particular flower obsession, or something for your big day -reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
Right now, Tussie ships across Aotearoa New Zealand only.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to absolutely love your Tussie bouquet — but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Can I return my order?
Yes - we accept returns within 10 days of delivery if:
- the item is unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging
Just email us at [your email] within 7 days and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once the bouquet is returned and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or we’ve made an error (in which case, we’ll sort it).
What can’t be returned?
To keep things fair and sustainable, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom bouquets
- Bridal orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items
These are made or discounted especially for you and can’t be resold.
